First time guests are required to submit payment at time of check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash. For established guests we will gladly accept checks. A major credit card is required to secure all reservations.
Proof of the following vaccinations is required to be presented at least 10 days prior to check-in:
For dogs – Rabies, DHLLP, Bordatella and Canine Influenza
For cats – Rabies and FVRCP
We appreciate that you may wish to leave some personal belongings as a comfort to your pet.
These items will only be accepted on the condition that they do not need to be returned to you at the end of your pet’s stay.
We encourage making your reservations as early as possible: We suggest four months in advance for the following holiday periods.
- Easter Weekend
- Memorial Day through Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Week
- Christmas & New Years weeks
NOTE: A credit card deposit equal to three days accommodations is required to secure reservations during holiday periods.
We require seven days advance notice for reservation cancellations. Cancellations with less than seven days notice will be subject to a charge equal to three days accommodations. Holiday credit card deposits are non-refundable with less than seven days notice of cancellation.
